LA TESTIMONIANZA DELL'AVVOCATO AULETTA AL MASTER SBS

Giovedì 5 febbraio gli studenti del Master SBS hanno avuto l'opportunità di incontrare l'avvocato Mino Auletta, Presidente del Tribunale d'Arbitrato Sportivo di Losanna (TAS).

Si è trattato di una testimonianza ricca di spunti interessanti (visto anche il momento particolare, per il caso dei due calciatori italiani sospesi per un anno per ritardo nel controllo antidoping) che ha evidenziato le straordinarie doti comunicative dell'avv. Auletta, il quale ha parlato ai masterini di temi complessi relativi alle decisioni del TAS utilizzando un linguaggio sempre comprensibile e chiaro.

Di seguito un breve profilo dell'avv. Auletta:

  Doctor in law. Attorney-at-law at the Italian High Court in Rome and at the Milan Court of Appeal. CAS arbitrator from 1984 to 1994. ICAS 1st Vice President from 1994 to January 2007. ICAS President ad interim, from January 2007 to March 2008. ICAS-CAS President since 3 April 2008. Legal Counsel of the International Athletic Foundation in Monaco. Member of the Board of leading publishing companies, distributing books and magazines. Legal Counsel of the Monaco Yacht Club. Legal Counsel to major Italian and international Companies. Legal Advisor to 1987 Rome Athletic World Championship. Extensive arbitration activity. Extensive practice, as lawyer, in the Italian High Court, in all areas of commercial law. Expert in international trademark legislation. Former member of the IOC Sport and Law Commission. Former member of the legal commission of the International University Sports Federation (FISU). Honour bestowed by the President of the Italian Republic (Commendatore al Merito della Repubblica).
